How do you report a host on a online file sharing program for posting illegal images?
If a person is posting explicit images of underage persons through a program like Limewire or Frostwire or any other of the per to per file sharing program, where can you go to file a complaint? The only info you receive on said person is an IP address which I believe is static. Can this IP be used to report this person? If any one has a answer it would be greatly appreciated.

you can complain to the companies to beef up security, but thats it, taking someone’s IP address to track them down isn’t legal
