I was wondering is there a website for this or should i say constitutional law. please give me the website.

Google "US Constitution". The ENTIRE document, including all 27 amendments is less than 10 pages. Unlike our current politicians, the Founders of this country wrote with the intent the ‘normal’ people would understand what they wrote.
