Exploring the Possibilities

are your constitutional rights concrete in america?

if a person constitutional rights were violated 15 years ago can he still pursue his conviction? 4th, 5th, 6th and 14th amendments?

They would be but we keep getting these liberal activist judges misinterpretation of the law and constitution. If B. Hussein Obama is elected president and he nominates any judges to the Supreme Court, they will also be liberal activist and he will destroy the USA. If anyone cares about their kids and grand kids they definitely won’t vote for him.

    No.

Your “rights” correlate with the size of your bank account and your notoriety.

Try being black and walking past a crime scene in Dallas 10 years ago.
